Anne Thompson, RN, CDMS, CCM is a professional registered nurse in the state of
North Carolina and specializes in medical case management with Southern Rehab. She
received her nursing degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and is a
Certified Case Manager and Certified Disability Management Specialist. Her areas of
expertise include neurological, orthopedic, psychiatric, medical/surgical, catastrophic,
and expert witness cases; she is also experienced in home modifications for handicap
accessibility. She has 26 years of case management experience and has been employed at
Southern Rehab since 1989. She currently works in Eastern North Carolina.
