Denise Salyer

Denise Salyer, RN, CCM is a professional registered nurse in the state of South Carolina
and specializes in medical case management with Southern Rehab. She received her
nursing degree from Pikeville College and is a Certified Case Manager. Her areas of
expertise include orthopedic, neurological, burn, multiple trauma, and catastrophic injury
cases, as well as a proficient knowledge of current pain management treatments. With 8
years of prior nursing experience and 10 years medical case management experience, she
has been employed by Southern Rehab since 2001. She currently works in South
Carolina.
