Heather Ward, RN, CCM is a professional registered nurse in the state of North Carolina
and specializes in medical case management with Southern Rehab. She received her
nursing degree from Georgia State University and is a Certified Case Manager. She has
expertise in case management involving med-surg, orthopedics, hand injuries, and back
injuries. With 20 years nursing experience and 4 years prior case management
experience, she has been employed at Southern Rehab since 2005 and works in the
Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area.
