Jeanette Carraway

Jeanette Carraway, RN, COHN, CCM is a professional registered nurse in the state of
North Carolina and specializes in medical case management with Southern Rehab. She
received her nursing degree from St. Margaret School of Nursing and Indiana University.
She is a Certified Case Manager with expertise in catastrophic, psychiatric, and
medical/surgical cases. She has 30 years prior experience in various nursing positions and
has been employed by Southern Rehab since 1999. She currently manages cases in the
Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill region.
