Lee Lyon

Lee Lyon, RN, CCM, M.Ed. is a professional registered nurse in the states of North
Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Georgia, and specializes in medical
case management with Southern Rehab. She received her nursing degree from Sandhills
Community College, and her Masters in Education in Rehabilitation Counseling from the
University of Georgia. With 15 years experience in case management, she has been
employed at Southern Rehab since 2005 and currently works in Tennessee.
