Michelle Fairchild, RN, BSN, CCM is a professional registered nurse licensed in the state
of North Carolina and specializes in medical case management with Southern Rehab. She
received her nursing degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and has 9 years prior
experience in the nursing and case management field. She is a Certified Case Manager,
specializing in medical, surgical, orthopedics, home health, cardiovascular, and intensive
care cases. She has been employed by Southern Rehab since 2002 and serves the
Charlotte region.
