Kathy has been with Southern Rehab since 2015. Kathy has over 25 years of experience in Case Management, including home care, hospital discharge planning, utilization review, consulting and workers’ compensation. Prior to case management, Kathy worked in a hospital setting in the Med Surg, Emergency Room and subacute unit.

Shirley Roth, RN, BSN, CCM
Shirley has been with Southern Rehab since August 2018.
Shirley has 25 years of professional nursing experience as a staff nurse, nurse educator, and senior nurse consultant. Her case management and workers compensation experience include conducting telephonic assessments of injured workers. She has expertise in med/surg, PACU, emergency medicine, home health, and early intervention nursing.

Vickie Hyman

Vocational Supervisor
Vickie has been with Southern Rehab since 2002.
She has experience in vocational counseling / assessment, as well as job analyses / placement / coaching. She has worked LTD files, and is a licensed counselor. She has some experience with mental health and mild TBI, along with 9 years of previous employment in the rehabilitation field.
